The LBD40 is a Class A2 weapon of war.
Its use against unarmed civilian populations violates the Geneva Conventions.
Its conditions of implementation in France are not in line with the manufacturer's recommendations.
In addition, ammunition in the National Police is not internationally regulated.
The orders YOU receive from your hierarchy are clearly ILLEGAUX.
In accordance with Article R. 434-5 of the Code of Conduct of the National Police.
Executing an illegal order does not absone you from your PERSONAL responsibility.
Therefore, any user of the LBD40
causing, EVEN ON ORDER, any injury to unarmed civilians may be tried by
any French jurisdiction whose duty is to enforce international law.
In the event of a complaint, users, even hidden ones, will be identified by image analyses.
THIS IS WHY we call on the National
Gendarmerie and the conscious police to protect civilians threatened by
National Police officers agreeing to apply criminal orders contrary to
international law.
