Proclamation of June 18, 2015 - CNTF Official - Version 2.0

Proclamation of June 18, 2015

Updated on August 22, 2015, written by Fabrice Bonnard, former lawyer for the General Directorate of Customs for the French People

Since 18 June 2015, the "NATIONAL TRANSITION OF FRANCE" is the date of its proclamation, the official government body of France intended to represent it in accordance with the rules and practices of international law. Its legitimacy is formally established by the fundamental texts of the French Constitution which clearly state that any violation of national sovereignty, in any form, requires a reaction of the People represented by any citizen or group of citizens who have decided to claim on behalf of the entire People. It is therefore the emanation of the French people established and composed at the initiative of all groups of citizens, men women and children, determined to liberate France from the oppressive and illegitimate political power exercised by felonized individuals or entities betraying its history, its fundamental and sacred values, its honor and its reputation in the eyes and in the hearts of other nations.

THAT'S WHY:

REMEMBERing the Universal Declaration of Human and Citizen Rights, which is recognized by the entire People as the fundamental basis of the French Constitution.

REMEMBER that on 29 May 2005, the People of France voted in a referendum almost 55% against the European Constitutional Treaty (CET); and that French leaders normally elected to respect this democratic and validly expressed choice should not have openly flouted this decision by imposing this treaty in a treacherous manner under the name of the "Lisbon Treaty" despite the clear and precise refusal of the citizens.

CONSIDERING that since 13 December 2007, this act of supreme forfeiture has delegitimized all the individuals, parties and institutions involved, who therefore no longer represent the French people and cannot do so from that day on.

CONSIDERING that this betrayal of the French people was systematically aggravated in the years that followed, by vile choices and genuine infamy towards the Nation on at least four fundamental aspects of its sovereignty:
1- Its economic strength, through unjustified sale, at the worst market conditions and at worst, a significant part of its gold reserves guaranteeing monetary stability (six hundred tons of gold), its strategic industries and its national wealth;
2- Its armed force, putting it under the high command of NATO and in the unacceptable and felon service, because uncontrollable, of foreign powers;
3- Its legislative independence, by making all French economic and social activities bear the standards established by a European Union that the French have overwhelmingly and democratically refused; standards that have already caused serious
economic, health, social and cultural degradation, and threaten future generations;
4- Its inalienable civil liberties and private rights, by flouting the Universal Declaration of Human and Citizen Rights, which is nevertheless one of the three texts covered by the preamble to the French Constitution of 4 October 1958 with constitutional value confirmed by the French Constitutional Council since 1971. Its provisions are therefore part of positive French law and place them at the highest level of the hierarchy of standards in France.

THIS SOLENNELLE PROCLAMATION AND IN VIGUEUR reminds, guarantees and protects the natural rights found and imprescriptible of all French people; these rights being freedom, property, security and resistance to oppression.

Article 11 of the Declaration of 1789 to be recalled here: "The communication of thoughts and opinions is one of the most precious human rights: every citizen can therefore speak, write, print freely, except to answer for the abuse of that freedom in cases determined by law."

CONSIDERING that National Sovereignty is inalienable and imprescriptible and that any violation of this principle results in an intolerable violation of the existing Constitution. CONSIDERING that it is appropriate, legitimate and sacred to unite all forces against "an illegitimate, arbitrarily or dictatorially exercised power", which exposes any nation to a vital danger through ignorance, oblivion, contempt and corruption;

CONSIDERING the absolute danger posed to the French and future generations by the new Trans-Atlantic Treaty (TAFTA), which the illegitimate government negotiated in secret and signed without the agreement of the French (referendum) and without informing them of its grave consequences on their economic, social and health life;

FORCE THEREFORE TO THE ABSOLUTE URGENCY OF A REACTION OF THE PEOPLE NOW OBVIOUS!

DENOUNCING and warning the People against unconstitutional laws allowing widespread espionage of citizens' private communications and restricting their right to expression and thus freedom, which are thus not only a grave violation of the principles set out in this Declaration, but clearly lead to the establishment of a dictatorship where sovereignty may have been confiscated by a small number of well-off or corrupt leaders and groups in the pay of hostile interests, fundamentally incompatible with the happiness of all the French.

And also: Given the state of degradation of French society in all areas: In view of the international weakening of France, both economically and militarily; In view of the blatant loss of sovereignty of the French people on their territory; In view of the danger of economic and social bankruptcies that would result from the Trans-Atlantic Treaty.

The PROCLAMATION of this "National Transitional Council" gave on this symbolic day of fourteen July two thousand and fifteen to the People of France, the unique and historic opportunity to regain its sovereignty. This proclamation was announced on the other symbolic day that is June 18, 2015 by this preamble calling for the general mobilization of all French and all defenders and friends of France. The official recognition by France of a similar representative entity having been validated by Mr Nicolas Sarkozy on Libya; since the text established on this occasion was subsequently legally accepted by the countries of the NATO/USA axis which validated it, there is therefore no reason to deny its diplomatic validity, nor to discuss its legitimate basis.

In Libya, the National Transitional Council was made up of only a handful of citizens opposed to President Gaddafi's regime;

In Yemen, it was made up of only 551 citizens replacing the entire parliament and government;

In the case of France, which is in the process of being finalised, it will be symbolically composed of 2015 members destined to replace the entire government and parliament ousted by the courage of the People. His taking office is conditional on sufficient mobilization of the People to force the armed forces to assume their patriotic duty.

This is called "critical number."

AS A RESULT: Since 18 June 2015, the "National Transitional Council" has announced that it is the only legitimate authority in France, and will take office as soon as a mobilization of the People is sufficient for the armed forces to join. This National Transitional Council will carry out this transitional function until the Decision of the French People as to its mode of governance and the choice of its institutions. To this end, the National Transitional Council will immediately organize all the necessary structures allowing the entire People of France to express themselves through regular popular assemblies and thus, alone and democratically, to decide on the reorganization of French society at the local, national and international levels. Provisional measures will be implemented to restore the People's freedoms, including their autonomy, their real power to legislate in the public interest, and their economic and monetary financial independence. Within 40 days of taking office, an official list of immediate safeguard measures will be published by all means and on all possible media; which will specify the immediate modalities guaranteeing a new French future: suspensions of treaties, laws and regulations contrary to the interests of the French, carrying out audits, amnesties and possible nationalisations. All non-resigned politicians, government, parliament, general and regional councils will be suspended from all activities as of taking office.

Please note:
The police, army, gendarmerie, customs and police are at the service of the French people who maintain them and, to this end, they have an absolute obligation and will have, in the execution of their mission, assist the People of France when taking office of this National Transitional Council, in particular by allowing and facilitating the free access to security of all premises belonging to the French nation.

Politicians, the hierarchical leaders of law enforcement and public administrations at all levels, who, from the national circulation of this proclamation, would oppose the public health decisions and provisional measures enacted by this National Council must understand that they would inevitably be seen as betraying the People and all the values of eternal France.

The announced objective is the restoration in France of a dignified state in accordance with the legitimate aspirations of the French people, fundamentally committed to a real and real separation and independence of the executive, legislative, judicial and media powers.

The armed forces of the Nation, therefore, must individually and collectively prepare to escort this National Council and the mobilized people, symbolizing the image of an army respectful of the supreme law and the values embodied by France, returned to the service of the Nation and ready to defend it in honour and with valour, especially if politicians or nervis tried to resist by using scoundrels mercenary forces or foreign troops.

The traitors will have to answer judicially for their actions, having here recalled Article 12 of the Universal Declaration of Human and Citizen Rights, which states: "The guarantee of human and citizen rights justifies the existence and maintenance of a public force, but this force is therefore instituted for the benefit of all, and not for the particular usefulness of those to whom it is entrusted."

If, therefore, corrupt authorities or individuals were to violate the orders of the National Transitional Council of France, then it would be the duty of their subordinates to disobey them and oppose their superiors, including by their weapons faithfully remained in the service of the People.

All measures have already been taken to offer the People of France the guarantee that this transition will take place in order and calm, that all national structures will be preserved and that this National Transitional Council will have no immediate essential objective but to restore the People's true sovereignty by establishing the necessary organisation for the creation and proclamation of a new Constitution established and democratically approved by all citizens.

Precision:

Because of the illegitimacy of the government since 2007 and the whole judicial and administrative institution as a result, this National Transitional Council would have no validity if it were recognized by the current French state, its promulgation can only be international. It was therefore carried out by simple declaration to the United Nations and the 35 most important countries.
