The CNTF is a legal
body and the institution enshrined in French International Public Law
strictly dedicated to the Transition and Rescue of the French Nation
without any special private purpose, which is legally possible.
It is also and in essence voluntary as a common good proposed and offered to all French and France.
The Citizens' Collective, which
animates it in this only spirit saving the country and obviously
non-negotiable and indisputable, recalls that:
As of January 30, 2019, it has issued a solemn warning
about any confusion maintained with a view to confusing it with or
drawing any relevant argument from the inappropriate or perilous actions
and actions undertaken individually by Mr Eric FIORILE and/or his
followers.
In view of chronologically verified
information, brought to his attention and relating to a fund-raising to
finance an "operation" in Milan; it turns out
that Mr. Eric FIORILE was able to invite the public to continue to pay
their contributions and/or participation fees, even though the event was
cancelled by its organizers...
Strict respect for the Law and volunteerism being the two fundamental characteristics of the CNTF,the
latter can only solemnly remind all, the existence of a French penal
code punishing the infringements and/or simple attempts to harm the
property of people that are the fraud and the abuse of trust whose
penalties are aggravated if they come to be committed in meetings.
