FAITH OF THE C.N.T.F. CITIZENS' COLLECTIVE - CNTF Official - Version 2.0

COLLECTIVE PROFESSION OF FAITH
CITIZENS OF THE C.N.T.F.

We, the Collective of French Citizens representing our people declare:
Finding the flagrant and unacceptable violation of the result of a democratic referendum in France on 29 May 2005, followed by a decade of decisions contrary to the will expressed by a sovereign people whose State is a founding member of the United Nations and one of the five permanent members of the Security Council and has an exceptional veto, the C.N.T.F. is the legal entity of International Law established by proclamation dated 18 June 2015 on the fundamental and precise legal basis of the Declaration of Human and Citizen Rights of 26 August 1789.

Official embodiment of a betrayed sovereign people, it is an official institution that cannot belong to anyone in particular, since it belongs to the French people whom they embody in their entirety.
The existence of the C.N.T.F., as a legal body under international law, was brought to the attention of the U.N. on October 15, 2015. As such, the C.N.T.F. is the only structure in a position to legitimately and unquestionably restore the rule of law in France.

It is, in fact, under international law, the initiative and therefore the only one that can guarantee the legitimate organisation of a legally indisputable transition in France; the sole aim is to restore the French people's National Sovereignty by establishing a transparent and direct democracy in the service of the French people alone and in accordance with the rights and interests of all other nations.

We, the C.N.T.F. Citizens' Collective, are the group of citizens who are collectively sworn and dedicated for the sole purpose of ensuring the moral and apolitical and religious ethics of such an institutional transition process.

Our only mission will be to ensure the protection of the C.N.T.F. and to ensure its proper functioning in accordance with the objectives pursued and that all actions taken will be in the real and unique general interest of the French people and the populations living on the national territory, in accordance with the spirit and letter of the charter of the U.N.

IS WHY: We, members of the Citizens' Collective composed to date of:

Mr. Louis-Méchel LAFORGE, living in the Lower Rhine, Secretary General;

Mrs Guislaine ROBERT, living in Morbihan, Assistant secretary general;

Mr Pierre ALEXANDRE, living in Gironde, Foreign Affairs Advisers and Deputy Secretary General;

Mr Michel MARIE, living in Charente-Maritime, Finance Superintendent and Assistant secretary general;

Mr Stéphane BLANZE, living in Savoy;

Mrs. Reine MARGUERITE, living in the Seine;

Mr. Marc AURELE, living in Isère;

Mr Thierry DESBOIS living in Reunion;

Mr Jean-François LE FRANC, living in Reunion.

Mr. Fabrice BONNARD, an international lawyer by training and lawyer who personally defended the interests of the FRENCH Republic and its General Directorate of Customs and Indirect Rights, is appointed as the Seal Officer of the C.N.T.F.; it is in charge of verifying and certifying the good form and legal quality of each official act. It prohibits any interference in the decisions of the Citizens' Collective.

Considering that any state decisions arising from a blatant violation of the democratically expressed will of a people are undoubtedly illegitimate in international law, That is why we consider that in France, the successive forfeitures and excesses committed at the initiative of the rulers since 13 December 2007, have resulted in the outright putativity of the current official French institutions as well as the absolute and retroactive nullity of all their decisions.

We will never accept that our sovereignty is entrusted to non-sovereign external powers, and that our Declaration of Human and Citizen Rights is thus ignored, forgotten and despised.

In response, we publicly proclaim our determination and the absolute and urgent usefulness of seeing a legal transition for the democratic adoption of new institutions in France in the renewed respect of the Declaration of Human and Citizen Rights of August 26, 1789.

We have thus all sworn in before witnesses and made the following vow:

"I, by name and surname, swear as a member of the Citizens' Collective of the National Transitional Council, aware of the sanctity of the personal missions that will be set for me, to assume my function with Dignity, Consciousness, Independence and Humanity."

Our primary and sacred mission is to control, protect the C.N.T.F. and ensure its operation.
To this end, and in order to achieve the C.N.T.F. objective, the Citizens' Collective adopts and proclaims the following transition program:

1. Finalization of the birth certificate of the C.N.T.F. by publication of the proof of existence enforceable in international law;

2. Recognition of the C.N.T.F. as a legitimate body representing the People of France by all dissident forces and individuals wishing a return to France to the rule of law;

3. Recognition of the C.N.T.F. by several UN Nations or member states;

4. Deposition of the putative regime by the force of public order recognizing the legitimacy of the C.N.T.F.;

5. Arrest and trial of those responsible for the treason committed against the Nation;

6. Re-information of the Sovereign People necessary and prior to the constituent process ;

7. Constituent processes following the illumination of re-information;

8. Monitoring the first elections of the new legal institutions in accordance with the will of the French people; dissolution of the C.N.T.F. when the first government of these new institutions came to power.

Members of the Citizens' Collective will only participate in the process of being private citizens. The Citizens' Collective monitors the regularity of the constituent process.

Membership in the Citizens' Collective leads to irrevocable and for 10 years of renunciation of any personal participation in national political life.

Louis-Méchel Laforge, Secretary General of the National Transitional Council of France;
