- No recourse is specified or organised, or even truly guaranteed in ordinary criminal proceedings, in view of the closure of public services and/or the notorious degradation of the services entrusted to their various private delegates responsible for postal transport in the metropolitan national territory.
- This Decree 2020-262 is manifestly unconstitutional and anti-conventional, in particular clearly violating various articles of the Declaration of Human and Citizen Rights AND the European Convention on the Safeguarding of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms both in force, and of rigour.
